Clarity of "Living" vs. Clarity of "Life"

Clarity of "living" is knowing that you matter. Clarity of "life" is knowing what you matter for.
Clarity of living is the easier one of the two. It seems that all a person must do to realise that he matters is the realisation itself. Simple logic. No earth-shattering actions.
Clarity of life, on the other hand, is quite the contrary. How can we know our purpose in life? We weren't born with an instruction manual informing us what we were born to do. Which areas of life should we focus on more than others? This is obviously the more difficult attainable knowledge of the two. Simple logic it is not. Earth-shattering actions may not even give us a clue. Nevertheless, regardless of the difficulty, we must search for our purpose in life. We must find where we belong. Find where we can make a difference.
